Overview

To login to FireFly web, you will need to be a registered FireFly User.

Except for your cellphone number, you'll also need a web password. An initial web password will be send to you when you request a PC code (see below) for the first time. After this first login, you will have the opportunity of choosing your own web password, which you must then remember and use on future logins.

If you forget your web password, you can request a new password in the same way that first time users do.

Note that everytime you try to login to FireFly Web from a different computer or a different browser, you'll need to request a new PC code.

Cookies must be enabled to use this site. We use cookies solely for the purpose of security and will not use them for collecting any personal information.

JavaScript must also be enabled. This is used to protect your password from anyone that might be monitoring network traffic between your computer and our server. Since you will be held responsible for any cost-incurring operations (like deed searches) performed by anyone logged in with your username and password, we deem this security feature as essential and will not allow logins from browsers without JavaScript. If JavaScript is not available/enabled on your browser, you will see a warning to that effect. To enable JavaScript:
FireFox: Go to Tools -> Options -> Web properties. Mark the checkbox next to "Unblock JavaScript".
IE: Go to Tools -> Internet Options. Click on the Security Tab and select Custom Level. Scroll to Scripting and enable the options.
